The Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) prepares individuals for entry-level administrative roles in healthcare.
Throughout the program, Gaps Education’s team helps participants learn essential tasks like interpreting medical terms, managing patient records, and processing medical bills. These skills enable participants to work effectively in administrative positions in various healthcare settings such as doctor’s offices, hospitals, or dental clinics.
This course is delivered online through audio-visual content and a simulated workplace.
Student enrolments will be active for 12- months with options of full-time or part-time study.

BSBMED303 – Maintain patient records
BSBMED305 – Apply the principles of confidentiality, privacy and security within the medical environment
It is a government requirement that participants undertaking Nationally Recognised Training in Australia have a unique student identifier (USI). To begin this course, the student will need a USI.
